Dyed Wooden Planks
These were intended to be added as a way to dye the planks in the game, but was removed for unknown reasons
Various flowers
Different flowers removed from different stages of the game (the rose, cyan flower, and paeonia)
Plate armor, crystalized honey, the battle axe,and the wax block
there's little info on the crystalized honey and wax block as they weren't attended to be in the base game, and not much information on the plate armor as it was in one early version of the game
Sky Dimension
The sky dimension would've been a dimension you had a slim chance of encountering when you go to sleep, it would be replaced by The End dimension
Steel

Petrified Oak lab, Dirt Slabs, and Magnetic Curcuit
dirt slabs were intended to be in the game but was removed due to technical reasons, the petrified oak slabs were in the game, but was removed for unknown reasons, and Magnetic Circuit was never added due to unknown reasons
Pigman & Firefly
Both are cut mobs intended to be in the game, the pigmen would've acted as villagers before being replaced by said villagers, the fireflies were intended to be a mob in Minecraft before being removed in favor for a stupid particle effect :/
Rubies
This is the ruby, it was supposed to be a gem based item in the game which would've been used for trading and such, it would eventually replaced with emeralds
Cloth
These are the cloth blocks from the Classic edition, they would eventually be replaced by the wool blocks
Nether Reactor Core
These are different stages of the nether reactor from Pocked Edition
